Hi all,

currently without a teacher but also unable to dance until next year due to surgery

however, i'm interested in finding any events, open haflas, concerts, etc that are on as i don't want to fall out of the loop ... i know pyramid pulse is soon and i will definately be going to that as my first performance was at Pyramid Pulse last year

also workshops coming next year as i would like to increase my knowledge in all genres of bellydance

hope someone can pass on some information

Mid North Coast Bellydance Festival 2009

Hi everyone, Nice to meet you :)

I'm a French dancer from Germany, already reading this, you can guess I love travelling.
I'm thinking of participating to the Mid North Coast Bellydance Festival 2009, hold in Kempsey by Shanna.

Anyone been there already? Do you have experience to share? I mean, it's a huge trip (and a lot of money), so I'd love to have some opinions.

Should I be there. I hope to meet some of you and I would be happy to perform or teach. I'm not everyday in Australia :)

Bahar Bayram Camp Weekend

So, where is everybody?

I'm moving to the Brisbane area, as soon as I can get my visa application thru...and I'm really looking forward to meeting some of my fellow dancers in the area...

I'm trained in Cabaret...ATS...and fusion style...and I'm hoping that we can get together at some of the fun doofs and festivals that I'm longing to try out...I know there's drum retreats and fire meets that would be perfect for us dancers to add to...sooooo...sound out, dancers...lets get this thing going!!!

Senior Classes

I'm looking for somewhere that holds classes for seniors. I'd like my mum to have a chance to try what has obsessed my life! ;) (I'd do it myself but I live in Korea.) She lives in Carseldine and works in Brisbane. If you know of anywhere let me know.

Classes in Brisbane Area

Hi...I'm going to be coming to Brisbane on 19 November and will be staying for 3 months...I'm really going to miss not being in my classes and was hoping that I could find a class while I'm there...

I'm currently in Cabaret style classes, so I'd prefer that...but I'm willing to branch out...cuz I love to learn new things...

Anyone got good recommendations...and I'd prefer a class with reasonable rates...gonna be on a budget and I don't want to stretch my limits...?
